第一次トランプ政権下の2019年を除いて、31年間、年間およそ10万社のペースでLLCが増加してきたことが分かる。
また、Corporation Income Tax Returns Complete Reportに、Corporation complete report 2022がある。その9頁のFigure Gから、2022年、納税の税務申告を行った、すなわちactive returnした、C-corporation（申告用紙1120）の総数が、1,514,763だったことが分かる。
active c-corporation数は、だいたい150万社で減少が止まり落ち着いた。すなわち、20世紀経済を牽引したeconomic entity, “corporate”が、「主役降板」した。
